Stella's 6 months!

Stella turned 6 months old on September 26th. She weighed in at a whopping 18.5lbs and was 25.25." She is such a joy right now. She's starting to sit up on her own for short periods of time before she weeble-wobbles and falls over. She also is rolling over a lot more and is tolerating tummy time much better than a couple of months ago. She's teething and is drooling EVERYWHERE.  Her fingers are always in her mouth. I have a feeling one of her front teeth are going to pop out first....can't wait! She smiles all of the time but she just won't belt out that belly laugh yet. She is so ticklish but makes this grunting noise to hold in her laugh....it's so silly. Brooks just adores Stella. He talks to her like she can understand him and tells her funny stories. For instance, my brother watched the kids a couple of weeks ago and somehow managed to put Brooks to bed with his diaper on backwards.  Brooks heard me telling Nick about this and he runs into Stella's room and says "Stel, Uncle Jake put my diaper on backwards...isn't that funny!" He's such a ham....actually they both are. I am just so blessed with two wonderful kiddos. Everyday is a new adventure!!!

I mean isn't she the cutest thing ever?!!!

 This is his big CHEESE smile...he was actually yelling CHEESE as if you can't tell!

 We took the kids to the pumpkin patch earlier this week and rode the tractor hay ride.
